The Bosch rotak 34 mower is very expensive if you go for the battery powered option but I decided to treat myself and I think its brilliant. Its great not having the cable like on my previous Flymo. Of course you could get a petrol mower but I needed something light as I have to carry it through my terraced house to get to the front lawn. Its light and gives a very good cut and the flexibility to adapt the cutting length just by flicking a switch it brilliant. A hundred times better than the Flymo I had, battery powered or not.
